Peter Prevc was a key figure for Elan at the recent 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi. Showing great form in the competitions leading up to the games, he was considered as one of the favourites among the international field of competitors. Peter stepped up to the challenge and confirmed the expectations of many winning a silver Olympic medal in the Men's individual normal hill event with 102.5 and 99.0 meters.
With the first Olympic medal in his pocket, the ice was broken. He came back to the Men's individual large hill event a couple of days later hungry for another medal. Jumps of 135.0 and 131.0 meters were good enough for bronze.
Elan team athletes were present also in other competitions at the recent Sochi Olympics and ended the games with great results:
World renowned ski manufacturer Elan has reached an agreement with Italian ski racer Massimiliano Blardone, 34, to be his exclusive supplier of World Cup skis and service over the next two seasons.
